Dale Clayton’s Real Estate practice is concentrated in matters relating to financial transactions including timeshare related financings, business organization creation, restructuring and summary process matters.

Our clientele in the Real Estate aspects of our practice includes entities which lend funds such as banks, finance and mortgage companies and entities which receive and borrow funds. We have the capacity and are capable of representations of both lenders and borrowers but in connection with matters involving liquidation and arrangement proceedings under the Bankruptcy Act, we limit our representation of individual or entities to lenders, creditors and secured parties.
