Admissions and Capabilities
Our attorneys are admitted before numerous courts and thus can provide clients with representation before State and Federal Courts (United States District and Bankruptcy) in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vermont as well as the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. The firm has also acted as local counsel to out-of-state firms desiring to litigate in Connecticut on a pro hac vice basis, and has acted in a pro hac vice capacity in other states for its clients. The firm is admitted in all of the circuits of the United States Circuit Courts of Appeal.
