The firm represents its clients in a broad range of matters relating to real estate acquisition, management, financing and foreclosure, secured and unsecured financial accommodations extended by banks, finance companies and other lending institutions and received by borrowing entities consisting of individuals and private and publicly held business entities throughout New England as well as nationally and internationally. Polivy, Lowry & Clayton, LLC also represents its clients in a wide variety of creditor rights litigation, complex and general commercial litigation, workout representation for bank and non-bank clients, and bankruptcy matters as well as UDRP, arbitration, mediation and international law issues.

The firm is comprised of Richard Polivy, Houston P. Lowry and Dale Clayton together with sufficient additional associate and paralegal personnel to meet each client’s requirements.
